Excellent service from start to finish. Bio Clean 24 carried out a thorough mould inspection and provided a detailed, clear and professional mould report. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was handled efficiently and professionally. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased and happy with the service from Bio Clean 24. My nan had mould in one of the rooms, and from start to finish, Charles and the team were brilliant. The whole process was very professional, quick and efficient.

They carried out the Mould Remediation and Damp Control work to a really high standard, and we haven’t had any issues since. It’s reassuring knowing the problem has been properly dealt with.

Thank you guys — great job! I would definitely recommend Bio Clean 24 to anyone having issues with Mould or Damp. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bio Clean 24 Ltd provided an exceptional response when we urgently needed help with severe bedroom mould and dampness. Their technicians arrived promptly, explained the root cause clearly, and used professional-grade equipment to treat and sanitize the affected walls completely. The team was respectful, discreet, and left the room thoroughly clean and fresh. For anyone dealing with stubborn property remediation in London, their 24/7 service is professional, reliable, and well worth calling.

I had a great experience with this company. From the beginning, they were professional, friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, so I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect.
The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. I was also impressed with the aftercare advice and the time they took to make sure I was happy with everything.
I would 100% recommend them and would definitely use them again myself if I ever needed their services in the future!

A brilliant experience with this company. Provided more intensive mould treatment than offered by other companies to achieve a permanent solution. The professionals were approachable and easy to communicate with. Lots of focus on safety provision during treatment. Excellent aftercare advice too. Can’t recommend highly enough.
